What counts as an event?
An event is any data point you send to Rigora, such as a page view, button click, feature flag evaluation, or custom event. Feature flag evaluations and experiment assignments each count as one event.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I exceed my event limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, we'll continue tracking events but you'll need to upgrade to maintain full access. We never drop your data.
What does 6-month data retention mean?
Your event data and analytics are stored for 6 months on Starter and Pro plans. After 6 months, older data is archived. Enterprise plans have unlimited retention.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is available for Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans with a 20% discount. Contact us for annual billing options.
