1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rigora's services at rigora.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rigora provides analytics, feature flag management, and A/B testing services for software applications. Our Service allows you to:
- Track events and user behavior in your applications
- Manage feature flags and control feature rollouts
- Run A/B tests and experiments
- Analyze data through dashboards and reports
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Service Plans and Pricing
We offer the following service plans:
4.1 Starter Plan ($9.90/month)

4.2 Pro Plan ($14.90/month)
- 500,000 events per month
- Unlimited feature flags

- 6 months data retention
- Priority support
4.3 Enterprise Plan (Custom Pricing)
- Unlimited events
- Unlimited feature flags and experiments
- Unlimited admin users
- Unlimited data retention
- SSO integration
- 24/7 priority support
- 99.99% SLA
- Dedicated account manager
- Custom integrations
4.4 Overage and Upgrades
If you exceed your plan's event limit, we will notify you and may require you to upgrade to continue using the Service. We do not automatically charge for overages without your consent.
5. Payment Terms
For paid plans:
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Collect data from our Service through automated means without permission
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
7. Your Data
7.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service.
7.2 Data Protection
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and consents to submit data to our Service, including data about your end users. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws.
7.3 Data Retention
Data retention periods vary by plan as described in Section 4. Upon account termination, we will delete Your Data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Rigora and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIGORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rigora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Service Level Agreement
For Enterprise customers, we provide a 99.99% uptime SLA. Details of the SLA, including credits for downtime, are provided in your Enterprise agreement.
Starter and Pro plans do not include an SLA, and the Service is provided on a best-effort basis.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
